Terunobu Fujimori: Tea House “Go-an”
Admission to the Tea House “Go-an” is by reservation only.
Please note that you can make a reservation ONLY on the day of your visit, ONLY at the counter of the first floor of WATARI-UM Museum, between 10:20 to 17:00, seven days a week.
*On September 4 and 5, tickets for admission will be distributed from 9:20.
You cannot make a reservation at Tea House “Go-an”.
Visiting hours: 11:00 – 18:00 on weekdays, Sundays and holidays. 12:00 – 19:00 on Saturdays.

One person can book up to two people for the same time slot.
One time slot is 30 minutes (including the changeover time).
Please respect that when all the time slots are booked for the day, no more reservations can be accepted.
Regarding the reservation:
Please come to the counter on the first floor of WATARI-UM Museum and inform your desired time and number of people (up to 2 people), then you will be issued a ticket.
It is about 6 minutes’ walk from WATARI-UM to Tea House “Go-an”.
Please do not forget or lose your ticket. You cannot enter the venue without your ticket, nor can it be reissued.
At the time of booking, you will be asked to fill a consent form to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Please fill it and give it to the receptionist at “Go-an”. If you refuse to fill the form you cannot enter the venue.
When all the time slots are booked for the day, we will announce it on the official Twitter and Instagram.
The reservation cannot be made by phone or email. You MUST come to WATARI-UM in person.

At “Go-an”, you will have to climb up and down the ladder to go to the tearoom. We apologize for that wheelchair users and people with disabilities will not be able to enter inside “Go-an”.

Elementary school children are only allowed to enter accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
Kazuyo Sejima: Suimei
In order to visit Suimei, you must make a reservation in advance to enter the Hama-rikyu Gardens. (As of June, 25, 2021)

Yayoi Kusama: The Obliteration Room
To enter The Obliteration Room, advance reservation is required via ArtSticker website below.
Reservations for the week begins every Sunday at noon. (e.g.: Reservation from 26th to 30th of July can be made from 25th of July.)
Notes on reservation:
You cannot enter the venue unless your reservation is completed. Please make a reservation before coming to the venue.
Please arrive at the venue approximately 10 minutes before your reserved time. Please understand that because the space is limited, do not arrive too early as there is no waiting space in and around the venue, and it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
We will take your temperature at the entrance. If you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be admitted.
If the leader of your group has made a reservation for multiple people, make sure everyone in the group is there before the scheduled time and before coming to the reception desk. If someone is late for the scheduled time, that person will not be able to enter.
To prevent the spread of Covid-19, you will need to fill in the consent form at the time of reservation. You will have to give your name and email address. When the group reservation is made and not all the members have not filled in the consent form etc., you will need to till in the consent form and provide your name and email address. Failing to do so, you will not be able to enter the venue.
If you arrive later than your reserved time, you cannot enter the venue.
For cancellation, please login ArtSticker on the web (you cannot cancel on ArtSticker app), select the ticket on My Page, and then click “Cancel” under the QR code.
