To prevent infection of COVID-19

PAVILION TOKYO 2021 follows the guidelines for the prevention of infectious diseases established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other local governments, and takes measures to prevent spread of COVID-19.
We would like to ask for the understanding and cooperation of all visitors to the pavilions, so please read the following information and comply with it.

In the event of any changes in guidance, policies, or opinions from the government or administrative agencies, we will discuss how to respond to such changes, and will change or update our preventive measures accordingly.

If any of the following apply to you, please refrain from coming to the event.
(1) If you have had symptoms of fever, cold, cough, diarrhea, taste disorder, smell disorder, lethargy, or breathlessness within the past two weeks.
(2) If you have had contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks.
(3) If you suspect that a close acquaintance such as a roommate or family member has been infected within the past two weeks.
(4) If you have visited a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or required an observation period after entry, or if you have had contact with a person living in such a country or region within the past two weeks.

Please wear a mask (except for preschool children) to prevent droplet infection. Please follow “cough etiquette” when you cough or sneeze.Please be sure to sanitize your hands frequently. Please use the disinfection facilities available at each pavilion. Also, please bring your own anti-infection items including portable hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes.

Personal information of all visitors will be collected in Tea House “Go-an” and The Obliteration Room. Please understand that if necessary, we may provide this information to public institutions such as the public health center. If you have a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to enter.

Please register for the application “COCOA” before coming to the venue.
If the application reveals that you have had close contact with an infected person, you will not be allowed to attend the event.

Measures to prevent infection in and around the venue:
Please keep a sufficient distance and try to refrain from talking with other visitors at the venue.
If there is a high risk of infection in the venue, such as close contact between visitors, the staffs may ask for your cooperation.

Infection control for staff:
We check the temperature and health of the staff and related persons working on this project.
If any staff member is found to have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher by the day of the event, he or she will not be allowed to work.
We strive to raise awareness by frequently washing hands and setting up and carrying sanitizer as appropriate.
All staffs wear a mask.
We avoid the three densities (closed, crowded, and close) and refrain from talking in a loud voice.
